We therefore do not only obtain information – as common in the industry – from one, but from several business information agencies and partners. As a result, we can provide exactly the pieces of information you require. This includes, among other things, making sure that address details are correct, an address verification (attainability check), account details verification, etc. All these measures – if dispensed with – provide the ground for a drastic increase in the number of unnecessary and expensive collection cases.

How often do I have to send out reminders? In which cycles? When do I call a customer and how to I structure a purposeful conversation with a defaulting customer?
